The reason is; because Google has expanded the options and features in its Adsense program over the last years and months, so that publishers can utilize all the options available to them. So how to solve this problem?

The Singapore office actually handles all the payments and other Adsense related issues for South Asian and Southeast Asian publishers. In this case, if you want to change your country to another region like from Singapore to Ireland  then it won’t work (Ireland office handles the European countries).
